the Spa & wellness centre provided excellent service and the massage was truly relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was superb and very relaxing. the sun terrace had stunning views of the city. the garden area was quite peaceful and serene. In-room breakfast was served promptly and tasted delicious. the restaurant was fantastic with great Halal food options, while the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. Buffet breakfast was varied and the quality was top-notch.
The shuttle service running between the hotel and the BTS was not very frequent. the hotel could improve in terms of the scheduling of the shuttle bus or offer a more efficient transportation service.

As longer-term business travelers, we really appreciated the good breakfast spread and the quality of the food. The room was cleaned daily, which was a big plus. The hotel staff deserves a special commendation for their warmth and helpfulness. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you! The location was excellent, with malls and market areas within walking distance. We also loved the view from our room, especially during sunrise and night time with the pool area and high-rises in the background. The hotel provided a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. The separate bath tub and shower in the toilet added to our comfort.
We felt super comfortable during our stay, as the hotel staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, in the bustling shopping hub of Pratunam area, making it a great choice for adventure travelers. With plenty of shops and food options nearby, guests won't have to venture far to satisfy their shopping and dining needs. the hotel is divided between two towers, providing a unique and modern atmosphere.
Some guests have mentioned that the service of the hotel concierge could be improved, particularly in terms of arranging taxis that go by meter.

We loved the location of this hotel! It's in the prime center of everything and we didn't have to walk far to get to quite a few malls. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast had a good variety of food.
